About the role
The Customer Relations Operations Team Member will manage transaction processing and investor interactions at our Guwahati branch. You will ensure accurate, timely handling of retail and debt purchase transactions while delivering a best‑in‑class experience for investors and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Accept and process transactions in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Bank cheques, forward transactions to registrars, and report fund flows.
- Handle investor queries, grievances, and complaints through walk‑ins, email, and phone.
- Engage exiting investors to retain or win them back.
- Liaise daily with internal teams to balance expectations and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on product, process, and regulatory changes.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage operations, sales support, and administration.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive issues.
- Good communication skills for interacting with investors and internal partners.
