- Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions.

Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude towards customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
