About the role
The Custom Software Engineer will design, code and enhance tailored software components that support logistics‑focused business processes. Working with modern frameworks and agile practices, you will deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions from our Chennai office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom software applications, ensuring performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Participate actively in team discussions, providing solutions to technical challenges.
- Document development processes and share knowledge within the team.
- Support and mentor junior developers to foster their growth.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of professional experience in logistics‑related software development.
- At least 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a university degree).
- Strong understanding of the software development life‑cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
