Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop and enhance tailored software components for our clients. Working with modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and maintain custom software modules across various systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply agile development practices to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Perform incident management, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to maintain system reliability.
• Document development processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team discussions as a subject-matter expert.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development and incident management.
• At least 15 years of full-time education (equivalent to a university degree).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
