About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components across various systems and applications. You will work with modern development frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development or data analytics.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Active participation in team discussions and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Data Analytics, including analysis of large data sets and data‑driven optimization.
• Knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
