Custom Software Engineer

About the role

As a Custom Software Engineer you will analyze client requirements, design tailored solutions and develop multiple components of applications. You will write clean, maintainable Python code, test it thoroughly and ensure seamless integration within larger systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code and test application components for one or more clients.
• Perform maintenance, enhancements and bug‑fixes on existing software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration of software modules.
• Document code, processes and design decisions for future reference.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Based in Chennai and able to work onsite.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
