Corporate Recruiter – Operations & Engineering (India)

About the role

Apple’s People group is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its India recruiting team. You will partner with senior leadership to attract top talent for Operations, Engineering and other business‑critical functions, helping Apple maintain its reputation as an innovative and diverse workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, managers and business partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Source, assess, interview and close candidates across complex operational, engineering and R&D roles.
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the broader People organization to align recruiting efforts with company culture and goals.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience in a complex operational, engineering or R&D environment.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and deliver hiring outcomes in competitive markets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle ambiguity.
