Consultant Emergency Medicine – Raipur

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join our multi‑speciality hospital in Raipur. The role involves leading the emergency department, delivering high‑quality acute care, and supporting a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage emergency and trauma patients efficiently, from assessment to treatment.
• Stabilize critically ill patients and perform emergency procedures such as airway management, intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.
• Coordinate care with ICU, operating theatre, and specialty consultants.
• Supervise department workflow, triage, and ensure timely diagnosis and referral.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and quality standards.

Required profile

• MD or DNB in Emergency Medicine (or equivalent MEM/PG qualification).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medicine, including trauma care.
• Strong decision‑making ability in high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
• Airway management, intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation techniques.
• Clinical documentation proficiency.
