Nurse Assistant – Full-time Position in Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring accurate medical documentation in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care and support education for patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Operate and care for medical equipment safely.
• Attend regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience, including patient assessment, care planning and health education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork orientation, and initiative.
• Computer literacy for maintaining medical records.
