About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crews. In this role you will ensure that projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit new crew members and build a strong, cohesive team.
- Monitor crew performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Educate all staff on safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and keep costs under control.
- Coordinate the availability of required materials and equipment.
- Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions quickly.
