Concierge Associate – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge Associate is the primary point of contact for guests at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring a memorable stay. You will support the team, manage guest enquiries, and uphold the hotel’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate any problems, challenges, complaints or feedback promptly to the duty manager.
• Provide effective support to the team to enable efficient guest services.
• Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify cost‑effective use of resources and manage operational efficiency.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel products and services and act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries.
• Offer information, advice and booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, etc.
• Handle luggage courteously, including loading, unloading, safekeeping and delivery to rooms or parking areas.
• Deliver guest messages and items promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
