CMA Fresher – Finance & Accounting Role

About the role

Metayb is seeking a motivated CMA Fresher to join its finance team. You will support the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process, gaining hands‑on experience in general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a fast‑moving digital transformation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day General Ledger activities, reviewing account balances and ensuring accurate transaction recording.
• Support preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments, and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Help with monthly and annual close activities, preparing basic reports and schedules for management.
• Contribute to audit preparation, schedule creation, and compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA (expected February 2026) – fresher level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Analytical mindset, good communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to learning.
