Cluster Revenue Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, analytically‑driven Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue management for three Accor‑managed properties: Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, and The Bheemili Resort. Based in Visakhapatnam with regular travel to Vijayawada, you will shape pricing, forecasting and yield strategies to maximise profitability across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue management strategies for all three hotels to boost market share and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitor positioning and demand patterns to inform pricing and forecasting.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total revenue at the cluster level.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Sales teams to align revenue tactics with operational opportunities.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue initiatives while ensuring compliance with best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years managing multiple properties or a cluster.
• Proven expertise in yield management, pricing strategy and revenue optimisation.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budget planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
