Civil Site Manager – Gurgaon

About the role

The Civil Site Manager will lead all civil construction activities on a Siemens Energy project in Gurgaon. You will ensure that the contractor’s scope is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with design, contractual, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily civil construction operations on‑site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor performance against technical specifications, quality benchmarks, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and support the implementation of Field Quality Plans.
• Evaluate constructability of design documents, provide feedback, and review contractor submissions such as NCRs and as‑built drawings.
• Report progress, schedule, quality, HSE compliance, risks, and resource deployment to the General Site Manager and Sub‑Project Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil site supervision and coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to work closely with engineering project management teams to resolve site‑related issues.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
