Chef de Partie – New Delhi Hospitality District

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in the Hospitality District of New Delhi. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the culinary team during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature and operation of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Thaw frozen items, portion, arrange and garnish dishes appropriately.
• Maintain food logs, monitor food quality and quantity, and report excess items for specials.
• Communicate menu specials and out‑of‑stock items to service staff.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and performance coaching as needed.
• Follow all safety, security and hygiene policies, reporting any incidents.

Required profile

• Technical or vocational culinary education.
• Minimum three years of relevant kitchen experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Professional appearance and strong confidentiality.
