About the role

Kyra Wellness Resort is seeking a passionate Chef to create nourishing, pure‑vegetarian and sattvik meals that support the resort’s holistic wellness philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik meals aligned with the resort’s wellness philosophy.
• Design and execute nutritious, balanced menus that maintain variety and taste.
• Ensure meals meet guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Source fresh, seasonal, locally‑available ingredients whenever possible.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Innovate wellness‑focused dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Required profile

• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within wellness or hospitality.
• Proficiency in preparing vegan, vegetarian, and sattvik cuisine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and guest interaction.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
