About the role
Sanmar Group is seeking a fresh Chartered Accountant (CA) graduate to join its manufacturing plant in Karapakkam, Chennai. The role is ideal for 2026 pass‑out candidates eager to start a career in the manufacturing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accounts and prepare MIS reports in line with Sanmar accounting policies.
- Submit weekly, flash and operations review reports, as well as stock, debtors’ statements and QIS.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, handling statutory and tax audits.
- Complete monthly and annual accounting activities on time, including standard and actual costing, WIP calculation, variance analysis and depreciation.
- Raise inter‑company debit notes, account for foreign expenses, and prepare annual accounts in Schedule VI format.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification, fresh graduate (2026 pass‑out).
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- MIS reporting.
- Standard costing and cost accounting.
- Audit coordination (internal and statutory).
- Preparation of Schedule VI annual accounts.
