About the role
BSH is looking for a Category Lead to own the Dishwasher portfolio in India. You will be responsible for shaping the category strategy, driving growth and ensuring the product range meets local market needs.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve growth targets for the Dishwasher category based on product roadmaps and market potential.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet sales and profit objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including variant creation and local market adaptations.
- Build strategic partnerships and run sell‑in/sell‑out programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams through communication, training and support initiatives.
- Leverage consumer insights, sales data and market analysis to maximise business potential.
Required profile
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing.
- 8‑12 years of experience in product or category marketing, preferably within consumer appliances.
