Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the role

Talasha, a fast‑growing Series B startup focused on innovative educational products, is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Manager to lead its SEO initiatives across India, the US and the UK. You will work closely with product, content, development and brand teams to boost organic traffic and strengthen brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth in primary (India) and secondary (US, UK) markets.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO best practices.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategy.
• Partner with content teams to shape a relevant content strategy.
• Manage agency relationships across markets to achieve SEO goals.
• Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Shopify and Google Search Console.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with product, development, content and brand teams.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with at least 3 years in eCommerce.
• Proven ability to work with agency partners and deliver results.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
