Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client conversations, building trust and managing expectations.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans together with strategy and creative teams.
• Own deadlines and deliverables from kickoff through final execution.
• Coordinate between creative minds, strategy leads, and brand goals to ensure alignment.
• Monitor timelines, industry trends, and client needs to keep work relevant and impactful.
• Communicate clearly, think proactively, and maintain high‑quality, scroll‑stopping output.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
• Comfortable navigating digital culture and thinking like a creator.
• Strong communication and people skills, able to engage with any stakeholder.
• Calm under pressure, adept at multitasking, and solution‑focused.
• Natural collaborator with emerging leadership potential.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GenAI and other digital collaboration platforms.
