About the role
Tata Communications is seeking a senior leader to shape the global product and solution marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will drive positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation for a portfolio that spans connectivity, cloud, security, mobility and IoT services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, clustering products and services around digital transformation themes.
- Synthesize market, customer and competitor insights to support revenue targets across product lines.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to translate positioning into actionable campaigns.
- Design and lead customer advocacy programs aimed at improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Build strong relationships across functions and geographies, influencing senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior product or solution marketing roles within technology or telecom sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling market positioning and execute global GTM plans.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning market data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multicultural teams.
