Candidate Experience Coordinator

About the role

WPP is looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join its Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. The role will support the full recruitment lifecycle for candidates worldwide, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global recruitment scheduling and interview bookings with hiring managers.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), keeping candidate data up‑to‑date for reporting.
• Post job advertisements on Greenhouse, LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Collect and organise documentation for new joiners and collaborate with HR on onboarding.
• Serve as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Assist finance with purchase order creation and ensure timely payment to third‑party suppliers.
• Prepare recruitment analytics, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support social‑media initiatives to attract relevant talent.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment administration or coordination experience.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a global environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling high‑volume recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn job posting and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems.
