HR Faculty – Course Development & Teaching

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its academy as a faculty member. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve HR courses for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring alignment with industry standards and the academy’s educational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update HR curriculum, course materials, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging classroom or virtual sessions, workshops, webinars, and hands‑on activities.
• Evaluate instructional quality, provide constructive feedback, and support student learning.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and relevant regulations.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development discussions, and professional conferences.
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful learning environment and uphold ethical standards.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience with a passion for student success.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
