Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Working with internal and external data sources, you will help the organization understand trends, forecast outcomes, and shape tactical plans.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using diverse data sets to provide clear insights for decision‑makers.
• Identify, interpret, and communicate trends and patterns that influence business performance.
• Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on data and market knowledge.
• Create specifications for reports and analyses aligned with business needs and available data elements.
• Consult with users and lead cross‑functional teams to resolve business issues.
• Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools as needed.
