About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and events sector. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and accounts.
- Plan and execute sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, calls, and client presentations.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database (Salesforce preferred).
- Create proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Required profile
- Experience in the MICE, corporate sales, or events industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Proven expertise in client relationship management.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
