Business Development Intern – Co‑working Space

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help grow our co‑working space portfolio in Bangalore. You will support revenue generation by acquiring new corporate clients and promoting flexible workspace solutions such as private offices, hot desks, and meeting rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
• Conduct site tours, handle client inquiries and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Perform market research to identify target companies and monitor industry trends.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and occupancy targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, real‑estate or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BBA, BBM or a bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics or related fields; final‑year students preferred.
• Good analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
