About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships for our domestic India operations. The role focuses on managing System Integrator (SI) clients, overseeing end‑to‑end account delivery, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own full accountability for assigned client accounts, including delivery, relationship management, escalations, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day‑to‑day engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Coordinate with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure timely closures and quality delivery.
- Drive operational excellence, governance, reporting, and client satisfaction across accounts.
- Proactively handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor internal teams both technically and operationally, fostering productivity and accountability.
- Identify and pursue account growth, cross‑selling, and long‑term partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular client reviews, performance discussions, and business updates.
Required profile
- 8–10+ years of experience in account management or client engagement roles.
- Mandatory experience working with System Integrator (SI) clients in India.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on approach with a focus on accountability and problem‑solving.
