Area Retail Associate – Karnataka & Kerala

About the role

The Area Retail Associate supports the Assistant Manager Sales for Karnataka and Kerala by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA stores (SIS). Acting as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, you will help drive execution, training, and compliance on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple stores with daily operational tasks and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Track store‑level KPIs, analyse performance data and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, coordinate seasonal updates and product launches.
• Support inventory processes: stock replenishment, counts, shrinkage control and reporting of gaps.
• Conduct on‑floor training for new and existing retail associates, reinforcing product knowledge and selling skills.
• Provide corrective action plans and coaching to improve store performance.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably with multi‑store or supervisory responsibilities.
• Graduate degree (Business, Retail, Marketing preferred).
• Willingness to travel daily/weekly across assigned stores and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
