Business Analyst – Data Visualization & Reporting

About the role

Jio is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Navi Mumbai office. The role focuses on building interactive dashboards and delivering data‑driven insights to support decision‑making across Sales, Finance, Delivery and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze data, derive actionable insights and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery and HR teams to support business decision‑making.
• Develop KPI trackers, MIS reports and analytical dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Design and maintain business reporting, process automation and workflow optimization solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post‑Graduation degree.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
