About the role

Jio is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Navi Mumbai office. The role focuses on building interactive dashboards and delivering data‑driven insights to support decision‑making across Sales, Finance, Delivery and HR.

Key responsibilities

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
Analyze data, derive actionable insights and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery and HR teams to support business decision‑making.
Develop KPI trackers, MIS reports and analytical dashboards for performance monitoring.
Design and maintain business reporting, process automation and workflow optimization solutions.

Required profile

2‑5 years of relevant experience.
Graduation or Post‑Graduation degree.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.
