Business Analyst – Accounts (Banking)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Accounts to support retail banking and digital transformation initiatives for our clients in the financial services sector. The role involves collaborating with product owners, technology and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end digital account servicing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for retail banking and digital transformation projects, focusing on customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys.
• Map processes and provide end‑to‑end delivery support for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology and Operations teams to capture, refine and document business requirements.
• Create epics, user stories and manage backlogs using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and manage expectations across distributed teams.
• Leverage prior experience with large global banks to drive best practices and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis within retail banking or related domains.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodology.
• Jira for backlog and issue tracking.
• Confluence for documentation.
• Process mapping and end‑to‑end journey design.
