About the role
The Times of India is seeking a Brand Manager to lead brand marketing initiatives across its Northern markets. You will be responsible for strengthening the TOI brand, driving circulation growth, and launching new monetisation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with brand and product objectives for Northern regions.
- Develop and launch strategic IPs, collaborating with ad‑sales teams to secure external sponsorship.
- Support circulation growth through consumer promotion activities.
- Implement insights‑driven initiatives for national projects to boost brand equity and audience engagement across platforms.
- Introduce a digital‑native perspective to brand strategies, leveraging AI tools for creative development.
- Partner with external agencies to design media plans and on‑ground activations.
- Conduct competitive tracking, data analysis, and generate MIS reports.
Required profile
- MBA from a Tier‑2 institute.
- 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in brand management.
- Proven experience in brand communications, performance/growth marketing, and social storytelling.
- Strong data orientation and ability to work in fast‑changing, multi‑stakeholder environments.
