About the role
SiteMinder is looking for a bilingual Customer Tech Support professional to join its Technical Support team in Pune. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers worldwide, providing technical assistance for the company’s SaaS hotel commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical and analytical support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Identify customers’ configuration needs, set expectations and resolve issues in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Log all interactions accurately in Salesforce, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in product training sessions and share feedback to improve the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent branding and service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Experience in a technical support or SaaS environment is preferred.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) for case management.
