Banking Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives across our banking business units. The role will involve translating complex business challenges into analytical solutions that drive customer acquisition, retention, profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects for retail banking, lending, risk, deposits, digital banking and customer analytics.
• Design and develop complex SQL‑based data extraction, transformation and reporting solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, scorecards and executive reports.
• Conduct portfolio performance, segmentation, profitability, campaign effectiveness and risk analyses.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with banking regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with data engineering, technology, finance and risk teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 10–15 years of analytics experience, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience managing analytics teams and large‑scale data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes and key performance indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
