Aviation Faculty Trainer (IATA‑Accredited)

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation seeks an experienced Aviation Faculty Trainer to deliver IATA‑accredited training programs. You will guide aspiring aviation professionals through airline operations, airport procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IATA‑accredited training aligned with international aviation standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct classroom and simulation‑based sessions covering check‑in, boarding, baggage handling, inflight service, emergency handling, and passenger interactions.
• Teach aviation grooming standards, communication protocols, and professional etiquette expected by airlines.
• Provide hands‑on guidance for cabin crew responsibilities, safety demonstrations, and service procedures.
• Assess trainee performance through IATA‑aligned exams, mock assessments, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes, including group discussions and interview simulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DGCA, ICAO, and IATA regulations and ensure training content remains compliant.
• Document batch progress, certification records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum.
• Support business development activities and conduct workshops on aviation career pathways.

Required profile

• IATA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation sector (airlines, airports, or training institutes).
• Cabin crew experience preferred, with exposure to inflight operations.
• Strong understanding of airport operations such as check‑in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Knowledge of aviation safety, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Familiarity with airline customer‑service standards and passenger‑experience management.
• Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring is a strong advantage.
