Aviation Faculty – IATA‑Accredited Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Faculty member to deliver IATA‑accredited training programs that meet international aviation standards. You will guide candidates through airline operations, airport procedures, passenger handling, safety and security protocols, and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions, including real‑time simulations and scenario‑based exercises.
• Train candidates on aviation grooming standards, communication protocols, and professional etiquette.
• Evaluate trainee performance using IATA‑aligned assessments, mock exams, and practical evaluations.
• Prepare candidates for airline recruitment processes such as group discussions, assessment days, and interviews.
• Maintain training documentation, batch progress reports, and certification records.
• Stay updated with DGCA, ICAO, and IATA regulations and incorporate changes into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program delivery and support business development activities.

Required profile

• IATA certification (mandatory) and relevant aviation training certifications.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with cabin crew background.
• Strong understanding of airport operations, safety, security, and airline customer service standards.
• Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, high grooming standards, and flexibility to work batch schedules, including weekends.
