About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Baking Instructor to join our studio team. You will create a lively, hands‑on learning environment where students of all ages can develop solid baking techniques while exploring their creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging baking classes that cater to beginners and advanced learners.
• Research and develop new recipes, translating them into clear class curricula.
• Prepare detailed recipe documentation for each session.
• Manage kitchen inventory, conduct stock‑taking, and ensure a safe, organized workspace.

Required profile

• Formal qualification as a Bakery and Pastry Chef from a recognized institute.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in baking and pastry production.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching bakery or pastry courses.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong teamwork abilities and cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Recipe development and curriculum design for baking education.
• Kitchen management, including stock control and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to convey complex baking concepts in an approachable manner.
