Associate Specialist – Implementation (Night Shift)

About the role

Join Mastercard as an Associate Specialist focused on night‑shift implementation projects. You will work directly with customers to deliver and support electronic payments processing implementations, ensuring quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end basic processing implementation projects.
• Drive customer processing implementations following Mastercard’s global methodology.
• Guide customers through applicable Mastercard processing rules, specifications, and documentation.
• Identify and collect required implementation support documents from customers.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of IT system knowledge with basic understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
• General knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry principles.
• Understanding of Mastercard payment processing systems, formats, and host‑interface testing.
• Familiarity with the four‑party model and full transaction lifecycle for Mastercard brands.
