Automation Test Engineer – Playwright & Power Apps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated test solutions for Dynamics 365, middleware and Microsoft web applications. The role focuses on Playwright‑based UI and API automation, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and supporting AI‑assisted testing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365, middleware, and Microsoft web applications.
• Build and enhance Playwright automation frameworks using .NET or Node.js.
• Execute test suites via Azure DevOps pipelines and maintain automation backlogs.
• Improve test stability, reduce flaky tests, and optimise execution efficiency.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to increase testability and coverage.
• Maintain source code repositories, reusable libraries and perform code reviews.
• Generate execution reports, coverage metrics and trend analysis.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of hands‑on automation testing experience.
• Strong background in Playwright, UI and API automation, and framework development.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Good stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
