Associate Procurement Agent

About the role

The Associate Procurement Agent will support Boeing Defense India’s supply chain for mission‑critical defense programs. Working in New Delhi, the role focuses on purchasing direct‑material items, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing activities for direct materials, driving cost‑effective and high‑quality acquisitions.
• Manage the full RFQ process, from issuance to approval of vendors.
• Ensure timely receipt of materials, coordinate expedites, and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement actions with program schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and support supplier relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply‑chain fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical defense environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
