Manager – Employee Transportation Services (ETS)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and scale our Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations in Delhi. This hands‑on leadership position requires deep domain expertise in corporate mobility, strong vendor management capabilities, and a proven record of driving revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the NCR region, targeting tech parks, industrial clusters, and GCC hubs.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, route‑level pricing, and margin governance to ensure profitable growth.
• Own end‑to‑end operational performance, targeting >99% on‑time delivery and zero critical failures.
• Build and manage a robust fleet vendor ecosystem aligned with safety and compliance standards.
• Ensure 100% GPS compliance and enforce safety protocols, including measures for female safety.
• Manage client relationships, drive governance structures, and improve client retention.
• Lead a team of ETS coordinators, fostering execution discipline and accountability.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in mobility or corporate transport, with at least 5–10 years focused on employee transportation services.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Hands‑on experience in vendor management, route planning, and statutory compliance.
• Background in both sales and operations leadership, driving growth and service excellence.
• Ability to implement system‑led operations, data‑driven reporting, and SLA governance.
