Manager Wet Stock

About the role

The Manager Wet Stock will lead the wet‑stock management function for a designated region (Europe, USA, or Canada) within Alimentation Couche‑Tard’s Global Fuels & Logistics Capability Centre. Reporting to business units, the role ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant wet‑stock operations while collaborating with global marketing, merchandising, technology, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the wet‑stock analytics team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee monitoring, analysis, and reporting of wet‑stock metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of wet‑stock monitoring systems, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align systems and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports providing insights into trends and faults.
• Communicate findings and major issues to stakeholders and business units.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, compliance, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
• Higher education in management, logistics, engineering, statistics, accounting or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire high‑performance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.
