Associate - Pricing

About the role

Myntra is looking for a motivated Associate – Pricing to support pricing strategies and drive revenue growth across its fashion and lifestyle platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand, ensuring our pricing remains competitive and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full pricing lifecycle for the Forward (FWD) category, from benchmarking to base price setting and promotional markdowns.
• Drive daily sales performance and category expansion by balancing demand‑shaping levers with long‑term profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain pricing simulation models to evaluate revenue impact of various scenarios.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing interventions with broader business objectives.
• Implement pricing changes, monitor effectiveness, and adjust strategies in real‑time based on data insights.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on pricing decisions.
• Ensure pricing compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging pricing trends.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
