Associate Manager – Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

About the role
The Associate Manager – TPM will support the North America Beverage sales team by managing trade promotion planning, forecasting, and spend reconciliation. You will work closely with national and division customer teams to drive volume, net revenue, and profit growth for PepsiCo and its customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient, comprehensive support for PBNA sales teams in trade planning management.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business value.
- Assist in achieving net‑revenue, trade‑spend, and margin objectives aligned with strategic direction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and category insights to inform forecast recommendations.
- Ensure accurate forecasts that reflect in‑market execution and performance trends.
- Coordinate pricing changes and off‑ticket adjustments across TPM, Deal, and Customer portals.
- Communicate expectations clearly with customer teams and prioritize speed of execution.
Required profile
- 6‑7 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or finance; Master’s a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and identify risks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across meetings, presentations, and calls.
- Effective time‑management and change‑management capabilities.
