About the role
The Associate Manager Sales & Operations will support the PFC sales customer team, driving sales growth and profit objectives for both PepsiCo and its customers. Working closely with field sales teams, the role focuses on building strong relationships, maintaining planning models, and ensuring accurate contract administration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customer teams to execute tactical programs.
- Build, update, and communicate Sales Planner/Prosper models, ensuring alignment with internal finance.
- Enter calendar events and adjustments into all relevant systems (Sales Planner, customer portals) promptly.
- Draft, verify, and submit contracts into customer systems for TPA verification.
- Monitor business trends, economic conditions, and competitive activity to provide actionable recommendations.
- Deliver accurate data within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support cross‑functional insight collection.
- Identify improvement opportunities, simplify processes, and standardize reporting.
Required profile
- Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines and SLAs.
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive collaborator capable of working with multi‑functional teams.
- Flexible and able to manage competing priorities.
