About the role
The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Cendyn and its hotel and hospitality partners. You will drive client retention, renewals, product adoption, and overall satisfaction by delivering strategic guidance and leveraging internal resources.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and growth.
- Develop and execute account plans that align client objectives with Cendyn’s solutions.
- Monitor client KPIs, conduct business reviews, and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as escalation point, resolve issues promptly, and advocate for client needs across Sales, Product, Services, and Support teams.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, logging activities, opportunities, and account data.
- Lead educational sessions on new features and best practices to boost product proficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management within a global SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Track record of managing large, strategic accounts and building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong change‑management capabilities and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
