About the role
upGrad is seeking enthusiastic and driven professionals to join as an Associate – Delivery / Program Coordinator. The position is based in Mumbai and requires working from the office. Candidates will support the delivery of learning programs and coordinate operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage program delivery and operational processes.
- Track learner journeys and program milestones.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
Required profile
- Graduates only (non‑pursuing candidates).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage operational processes.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
