About the role
The Assistant Welcome Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front‑office operations at a hospitality property in Goa. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, guest satisfaction, and optimal department performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising front‑office teams, including bell staff, switchboard, and front‑desk personnel.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, handling complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Monitor daily operations to meet quality and service expectations.
- Support employee recognition, training, and coaching across all shifts.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement service improvement plans based on guest feedback.
- Ensure accurate financial and business decisions within the department.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Integrity, honesty, and a collaborative leadership style.
