About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to support the Executive Housekeeper in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our hotel. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and ensuring smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all housekeeping activities.
  • Assign duties, inspect work, and address any complaints related to housekeeping services or equipment.
  • Establish standards and procedures, and plan work schedules to guarantee adequate coverage.
  • Direct and control housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with cleaning and maintenance standards.
  • Report any matters affecting hotel interests to senior management.

Required profile

  • Warm and caring personality with a professional, welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

Required skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
