About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to support the Executive Housekeeper in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our hotel. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and ensuring smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all housekeeping activities.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and address any complaints related to housekeeping services or equipment.
- Establish standards and procedures, and plan work schedules to guarantee adequate coverage.
- Direct and control housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Report any matters affecting hotel interests to senior management.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
